Rates

20-minute phone consultation:                     Free
Standard rate for a 50-minute session:         $200*
Standard rate for a 75-minute session:         $300*

Package of 4 sessions (50 mins each):           $750
Package of 8 sessions (50 mins each):           $1450
(Package rates are only for clients paying out of pocket and not utilizing any insurance benefits)


*Sliding scale is available for clients experiencing financial difficulty and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
 


Fees can be paid by cash, check, credit card, Venmo or Zelle.

Insurance

​

Currently, I accept Cigna/Evernorth and Aetna insurance.

For all other insurance plans, I am considered an "out-of-network healthcare provider." If your insurance covers out-of-network providers, and you choose to use that option, I can assist you in submitting the necessary paperwork for your reimbursement by providing you with a 'superbill'. You will need to pay the full session fee at the time of service.

You can check the following with your insurance company:

  • Do you have out-of-network mental health or behavioral health coverage?

  • Does your plan cover psychotherapy services provided by a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)?

  • Do you need to meet an out-of-network deductible?

  • At what rate will you be reimbursed?

  • Is there an annual limit on the number of sessions or the total amount that’s reimbursable?

  • What’s the process for getting reimbursed?


The benefit of not using your insurance is that your course of treatment will be determined only by you and me. There will not be any limits on numbers of sessions, restrictions on how our time is spent, and I will not have to enter a mental health diagnosis into your permanent health records.
